What you see
Available to withdraw
Your spendable balance, merged and ready to move out to regular USDC right now. This is the
number you can act on today.
Pending
Payouts that have arrived but are not merged into your spendable balance yet. A quick
fee-sponsored merge moves them across, and your device does it for you as part of withdrawing.
Total received
The running total of everything paid to you, decrypted on your device. Useful for
reconciling against what a company told you to expect.
Payout history
A full record of every payout, with the amount you can read, the company that sent it, and a
link to the on-chain transaction.
Payout history table
The history table lists every payout you have received, newest first, with these columns:
A payout moves through a short set of statuses as it settles:
Two parts to your balance
Your confidential balance has two buckets, and knowing the difference explains why a fresh payout sometimes shows as pending for a moment.Received
Incoming payouts land here first. They belong to you and are counted in your total received,
but they are not spendable until they are merged.
Merge
A quick, fee-sponsored merge step folds received funds into your spendable balance. Your
device builds and signs it, and Confiroll sponsors the fee, so the merge costs you 0 XLM.
Available
Merged funds are available to withdraw. When you start a withdrawal, the portal merges any
newly received funds first, so you rarely have to think about this yourself.
Your balance lives on-chain in encrypted form, not on Confiroll’s servers. Sign in on a new
device with the same wallet and your balance and history are right there, because your viewing
key is derived from your wallet and follows you. Nothing needs to be exported or restored by
hand.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see how much I have been paid?
Who can see how much I have been paid?
Only you and the company that paid you. Your amount is hidden on-chain and decrypted locally
with your viewing key. Confiroll cannot read it, other companies cannot read it, and the
public ledger shows that a payout settled without revealing the number.
I signed in on a new device. Where is my balance?
I signed in on a new device. Where is my balance?
Right where you left it. Connect the same wallet (or sign in with the same email) and your
viewing key is re-derived on the new device. Your balance reads straight from chain state, so
your history and totals appear without any manual restore.
Why do some funds show as pending?
Why do some funds show as pending?
A payout that just arrived sits in your received bucket until it is merged into your spendable
balance. That merge is quick and fee-sponsored, and it runs automatically when you withdraw,
so pending funds become available shortly after they land.
Is my payout history private too?
Is my payout history private too?
The amounts are. Each row’s amount is decrypted on your device and visible only to you. The
fact that a settlement happened, and the transaction link, are public, which is what lets you
and anyone else confirm the payout is real without exposing what it was worth.
