Confiroll is confidential contractor payroll on the Stellar network. You fund a balance in USDC, add the people you pay, and run payroll on a schedule that suits you. Each individual payout amount is hidden on-chain: anyone can confirm that a payment settled and see which accounts took part, but the amount each contractor received stays private. You get the familiar shape of a modern payroll dashboard, and your team’s compensation never becomes public.

Who it’s for

Confiroll is built for companies that pay global contractors and want a clean, fast payroll tool without publishing everyone’s pay to a public ledger. You keep a private record of who gets what, your contractors receive USDC into wallets they control, and nobody involved ever pays a network fee. Finance runs the numbers, contractors get paid, and the amounts stay between the two parties to each payment.

Three ideas that make it different

Amounts stay private

Each payout amount is encrypted before it reaches the network. Only you (the payer) and the contractor (the payee) can read it, each with a key held on your own device.

No gas fees

Every on-chain action is fee-sponsored. Sending, receiving, and withdrawing all cost the person doing them 0 XLM. Contractors never need to hold gas to get paid.

You hold your keys

Confiroll holds zero user keys. It cannot move your funds and cannot read your amounts. Amounts are hidden from the public, from other employers, and from Confiroll itself.

What you can do

Fund a balance

Bring USDC into your confidential balance with the built-in faucet, a CCTP bridge from another chain, or a deposit of USDC you already hold on Stellar.

Add contractors

Invite the people you pay one at a time or by CSV. Each connects a wallet and registers once so private payouts can be encrypted to them.

Run confidential payroll

Pick recipients, set amounts, review, and run. Your browser encrypts each amount and builds a proof, you sign, and Confiroll settles it on-chain with no fee to you.

Track and prove

Watch every payout settle in real time and keep a private ledger of who received what, ready to reconcile against the public settlements.

Issue payslips

Produce per-cycle payslips that are end-to-end encrypted to each contractor and anchored on-chain, so they are tamper-evident and verifiable.

Disclose for compliance

When an audit calls for it, disclose a specific payout with your escrow key and export a verifiable proof that the amount matches the on-chain record.

How a payroll run works

1

Fund your balance

Move USDC into your confidential balance. Use the one-click faucet, bridge from another chain over CCTP, or deposit USDC you already hold on Stellar. Deposits are fee-sponsored, so funding costs you 0 XLM.
2

Add contractors

Invite the people you pay and let each one register their confidential account. A contractor becomes payable once their status reads Ready.
3

Run payroll

Select recipients and enter amounts. Your browser encrypts each amount and builds a zero-knowledge proof, you sign each transfer with a plain wallet signature, and Confiroll fee-bumps every payout so it settles at 0 XLM to you.
4

Track and prove

Follow each row from Draft to Settled, keep your private ledger of amounts, and generate a verifiable disclosure whenever you need to prove a figure.

Two roles, one sign-in

There is a single sign-in for everyone. You sign in with a Stellar wallet or with your email, and Confiroll derives your role from your data rather than from a choice on a login screen. If you run payroll, you land in the employer app. If you were invited to get paid, you land in the contractor portal. Some people are both, and the same account carries both views.
Confiroll runs on the Stellar testnet, so payouts use test USDC and you can explore every flow end to end without spending anything real.
